Tim Green is the new Executive Director of Path. Tim joins the fight against Human Trafficking with over 20 years of law enforcement experience. Tim has been recognized as an expert in the field of problem based learning and instructional methodologies. Tim is a graduate of the Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy an possesses over 1500 law enforcement training hours. Tim also has experience in medical management and the non-profit field.
Since taking on the role of the Executive Director, Tim and his team have recently activated a new restoration facility for human trafficking survivors. This will allow survivors to receive the necessary treatment to begin their journey to hope and healing.
Tim's is also very proud of the development of a training, education, and awareness program for Law Enforcement Officers. This program instructed by Tim and his staff will train officers in the identification of human trafficking and how to communicate with survivors.
Tim has the vision to lead PATH in a new direction in order to better serve the community and the survivors in which they serve. Tim's mission is to "guide and lead from the dark into the light!" one survivor at a time.

Penny Bolin Kidd is our new Director of Client Services. She recently relocated from Houston, Texas to Little Rock, Arkansas. Penny has served over 20 years in the medical field. Penny is a speaker and life coach who has dedicated her life to reach those women and children who have been victims of trafficking. She is a volunteer for several organizations that serve and protect those affected by the trafficking industry. Penny is an exhorter who encourages people to find their passion. Her life's passion is to bring inspiration to the hearts of women and children. Her foundation is creating a whole new paradigm of healing women and children in an aftercare program.

Emerald is the Community Education Coordinator. She has been called toward raising awareness about human trafficking and sexual abuse since she was 12 years old. She graduated from Central Baptist College in Conway, Arkansas with a bachelor's in Theology. She now uses the skills she learned to create education platforms that give survivors of sexual abuse a new voice. Emerald is passionate about educating the community, especially young adults and teenagers, so they can keep themselves safe. She also wants to see society create safe places for those who have been silenced to speak up and receive hope and healing.
